Max torque

Hi all
Does anyone know at what revs a 900 monie (93 vintage) makes max torque and what this would relate to mph in 3rd & 4th gear?

Around 5300rpm, not sure of the speed though. top gear would be around 85mph.

According to the bottom chart on this Sigma performance article. Peak bhp is 73.4 @ 6800 rpm, but I'm not sure how this relates to peak torque?
