I love this. Any idea where / how it was made?
I wish I had the technical skills to do this.

Very little fork travel before the tire hits the bottom yoke

Front tyre looks a bit hoooge

Or is it just the camera angle?

It will be a rear tyre (probably a 130) to fit on the 17" front wheel...

Knobblies like that come in 21" & 19" fronts (the rears in 17" & 18"), so they would have had to re-lace the front wheel to fit a 19 inch front, which might have been a bit too tall for the forks - and I guess they were going for the old-skool fat-tyre look anyway?

I was thinking the same....and it looks like its been squeezed onto a rim thats a bit too narrow, hence the more rounded, bulbous profile.

I quite like SS nakeds for the way the engine sits in the frame, and for the look of the tank, but I'm not particularly fond of this one.
It might be better with proper (road) tyres, lower/narrower bars, no stoneguard on the headlamp, no number board and a less raked angle on the can...... ie if it wasn't dressed up as a "scrambler" at all.
......in which case even though I quite like the seat, I'd probably change that too.
Sorry if that sounds negative.

Wow! I really like that, everything screams off road dirt track laugh. I know its probably as useless as a brick at going off road but it still looks Awesome.

Jaw has hit the floor. Now that is a custom!

Starts eyeing up his monster and the grinder

That is ghastly!

This on the other hand, really is (or was) a Monster:

...although I believe all that is left is the engine, clock innards, and the fork stanchions...

It was Wee Johnny, one of the instructors. Ducati UK at the track day declined from that point on.
