S4 Clocks

Looking through the Monster Bible it shows a picture of S4 clocks from 2001 with a key symbol on the rev counter with presumably a flashing immobiliser light above.

My 2002 model S4 has different clocks from the 620ie model re grey clocks with the flashing light in between the two clocks...

Nothing in the bible to say they changed the clocks in 2002 ?

They most likley ran out of the other clocks, ducati have a habit of using what ever spares they have laying about

I have an 02 plated S4 which apparently was first registered in 01, has the immobiliser light on the tacho face, and also the speedo is cable driven (something that the parts listing doesn't show), the listings also show that mine should have the rear wheel speedo sensor (obviously I don't). So don't believe everything you're told cos mines a mongrel!

Yes, as I recall the original 2001 S4 came with a cable speedo and clocks (and presumably an immobiliser) - from 2002 they had the same electronic clocks/speedo/immobiliser of the other EFi monsters...
