View Full Version : Single Sided Swing arm

I'm sure I'm not the first to fantasise about this, but how difficult is it to transplant a single sided swing arm from a 748/916 onto a Monster?

Is there a Single Sided swing Arm conversion for Dummies thread anywhere?

pronto not hard to do just depends on how far you want to go?

engine change 916/748/996
if you want to keep your engine the casings need to be machined
and frame mods
etc etc
on and on
Viv is doing a monster with 748 engine this week in burnham go take a look? not far from oxford 01628668927

I'm glad to here that a 748 is being used in a monster .I'm surprised the factory haven't picked up like the s4 especially with the new emissions on air cooled units.
Maybe you could keep us posted with pics and costings
