Can I put exhaust cans from other monsters on my M800ie?

Hi,

I've got a 2003 M800ie with stock exhaust cans. The cans have codes ZDM-A29 and ZDM-B29 imprinted.

One can is scratched and I want to replace it.

I found a can with code ZDM-A21 - can I put straight on to my M800? Not sure what bike it came off, but it looks like it would fit ok.

Can I use cans from 620/750/900 monsters? are there any things to watch out for?

Turns out the ZDM-A21/B21 cans fit straight on, no problem.

Worth noting that although they line up the same, the brackets on the A21/B21s are a different style to the ones on on the A29/B29s - so from an asthetic POV I wouldn't want to swap just one side - luckily I had a pair :)

You should be able to use cans from 620 or 1000ie (I believe 695 fit slightly differently), S4 (not R) cans should fit too.
