Now have the bike almost to the point where I will be removing engine mounting bolts, (swing arm and rear shock is is all still attached)

Is there a preferred order to follow from here?

Bear in mind that you will need some tressels to support the rear subframe of the bike when you remove the swinarm or suspend the bike from above:thumbsup: have fun.

Got to that point where I look at the electrics and panic. Subframe is tied to the roof.

Like it says on the Hitch Hikers guide - DON'T PANIC!:on: take lots of photos & get stuck in! - there's always lots of help on here if you hit any problems:thumbsup:

Buy a reel of masking tape and fine sharpie marker

Then lable the ends of any wires or random plugs - may be a life saver later on

Factory wiring diagrams are a bit pants

Thanks guys. Hopefully should have the engine out by close of play Sunday. I have my tape and marker pen. I can see myself asking for help in a few weeks time.

I used tie on labels, easier to remove than tape.
The main point is to photograph the loom runs on the frame.

Just got to say, that is the cleanest bike that I have ever seen. :thumbsup:
