Hi guys/girls. Don't know if I've got the hang of this yet as I'm a newbie. There should be 4 photos showing my Monster 1100 bellypan. I didn't like the unsightly front exhaust downpipe and also thought the front end looked a bit unbalanced so I started to look for a sensibly priced attractive belly pan but couldn't find one. So I bought a fibreglass one from an early model. I cut it in half, cut down to suit, infilled the gaps, made some brackets and sprayed it. Fair bit of work but I think it was worth it.

Excellent work, that's the best one I've seen on a new model, I wish I had the know how to do the same.

I'll second that Wayne,

You should make a mold of it and get some made I'm sure you'd sell plenty.

Totally agree, it looks great. Take it to someone to copy it and get a royalty on each one sold!

There are a lot of companies who do short run/prototyping plastic molding. It might be worth seeing how much it would cost to make a few. I am sure that there would be a few takers here if the price is reasonable.

Alternatively you could contact Pyramid Plastics, Powerbronze, etc. and try to sell them your design.
