Hello all,


Not sure if we had confirmed a date allready, but earlier we had it planned on 16/09/2012.

But, there have been some double bookings on the calender, Ducati organises an afterseason event at the dealerships on 16/09/2012 + our collegues from the DUcati Sud Belgio club have organised their anuual track event on 16/09/2012.

So we're forced to postpone our annual meeting to 23/09/2012 in order to have the dealerships present on our meeting.


Hopefully we're not causing too much of a problem doing so.
Do you want me to contact Joris from the Boskappelhoeve and ask him to change all bookings (in case they allready have been made) to 23/09/2012 or will you contact him directly?

That may work out nicely. I think the Spa Historic Racing is on that weekend too, which means maybe a trip down there for some viewing on the Friday shakedown...... then off to the M.O.B :)

Maybe even a few extra days down down before hand.....

Can't find any details yet on their website (http://www.ducati-sud-belgio.be/2.0/index.php?option=com_content&view=frontpage&Itemid=1) - it's in french.

All I know until now is the date 16/09 and the track = Mettet (near Charleroi in Belgium)

Yes as Slob said we're still waiting on confirmation of hotel prices etc.. We hope to kick of an official MOB 2012 bookings thread before the end of the May. We don't take deposits for rooms. A place is usually reserved with Joris (Boskappelhoeve hotel) once you have booked and confirmed a ferry crossing.
