I've knackered up one of my fork legs and it will need re-chroming so I'm trying to get a pair in good condition instead.

I've got marzochi forks with showa bottoms (no really I have) but Iam looking out for an upgrade like 888 adjustables which look like a straight swap.

Thanks guys

Ben

Natty had set of 888 legs for sale a few weeks ago - but they have gone now

You could fit a later style set of adjustable legs off an S4 or ST4, but you need matching large hollow spindle, wheel, speedo drive, discs and brake calipers... assuming your forks still have the old (solid spindle) style bottom brackets. The later style legs seem to come up for sale more regularly, and are generally in a better/newer state. Another option to consider is uprating to 53mm superbike forks from 916, 996 etc.. but the fork yokes will need boring/shimming to suit. I did this on my 900ie but as it already ran the hollow spindle style front the swap was a lot easier.
