When searching for info on sc project exhausts i found very little written by people who had actually bought from them. So thought id show a few pics and my opinion about SC so folk in the future have the info.

The buying process is straight forward. You fill in a form on their website, and then they email you their paypal details. They cost £605 in total, shipped from italy. Took about 7 days from ordering to delivery which isnt bad at this time of year.

They were packaged well, but didnt include any instructions which made it trial and error in terms of how to mount the bracket. The quality is much much better than termi. Welds are finished properly , and the carbon is much better quality too.

A few problems were that the brackets had to be bent to fit. They simply supply a flat piece of metal. Its not hard to bend ,but quite hard to get perfectly fitted to the can. The bracket should fit on either side of the oe mounts from pictures ive seen, but this makes the bracket sit slightly wide on the can. I decided to bolt the can to the rear of the mount, retaining most the standrad bits, and also a 4mm thick washer to make it sit right. Also the spring that they supply to hold the can itself to the connecting pipe is very very tight.

However once its all fitted , (took about 2 hours) it fits well. So overall very happy. And i much prefer the look of these to the termi. Oe silencers take about 5 mins to remove as comparison.

Oh, and the sound is awesome. Its so so deep its unreal and less raspy than termi. Cant wait for the better weather so i can have a ride. It may even be too loud and ill need the baffle.

Overall , they are a great alternative to termi. However i still feel that termi is what a ducati should have and if id not already had termis, id of bought them instead. But these are better quality, cheaper, and also better looking in my opinion.

I think they look very nice. Its only nearly 3 years since the 1100 and 1100s were brought in so mine is just 2 1/2 yrs old and back then the after market was very limited. I had the choice of termi, or leo vince. I actually got my termis NEW for £635 on ebay but they do come with race air filter and the ECU that mildly tunes the mid range.

I do think the quality is not the best and as per usual the welding is poor and generally one sits wonky or is that a deliberate trait.......

I also feel that they may feel that they have cornered the market as they are paired or associated with Ducati. Sadly this is proving not so much the case nowadays.

I do like the brand but I am reluctant to change right now as I cannot afford the system I really want at around £1300.

Like yours a lot as well as Bex's.rallys and UKsurfers.
PS glad you got the wheelie bin in the shot for GT but you may wish to remove number plate or cover when photographing in these WWW. times
