I only bought the bike in august this year from a chap in devon. Ive never owned a Ducati before, but love the way the bike handles. Went from a Speed Triple T509 900cc to this, glad i did!;)

Hi and welcome to the mad house!! Just up the road from you in Eastleigh....

A lot of club related stuff happens in this area so there will be plenty of opportunities for Chris to get all sentimental over his old mount.

And great to see another air cooled Monster in the Hampster ranks.....

Chris, whats the best engine oil to use?

Not a great idea to use full synthetic oil in a wet clutch engine

Semi synthetic 10/40 or 5/40 should be fine

Welcome Ness - I'm also close by in Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh. Yes, you've done the right thing by getting onto this forum. You've also made Chris's day as he was asking about his old bike and also great to see the bikes come full circle back to UKMOC. Here's to a fab 2012 with lots of good biking days.
