WDW 2012 Accommodation Thread

As the other thread is getting a bit out of hand I need to start to get an idea of who's coming etc.
As said I'll be organizing 2 accommodations: Wednesday night in Gallarate (the villa where some of you stayed on the Milan trips) and the stay at WDW itself (place TBC, depending on feedback on other thread/availability).

Well Saint aka ML, unless this is a swingers forum, I'm making the assumption you're gonna be in one of the 4ppl or 5ppl rooms... :p

Don't know if it's gonna be a lottery or whether you draw staws, or whether there are certain cliques already... :didge:

Guess it may depend on who travels with who, as it may make sense to share with the same - but then again you may be thankful for a change of who you share a :toilet: with.

I just know it's gonna be a great occasion. :woot: :drunk: :yoparty:

Just give the nod when you want the deposit.

If the list grows, is there the option for more 2ppl / 4ppl / 5ppl? How many more do we need to fill the pad with members?

I think Max is sorting out who is with who, I believe you are in with Me, Simon and Max.

As Max says the Inn is almost full, them that don't book will be staying somewhere else.

I understand that many people situation/outlooks have changed but I can't help to feel a bit disappointed in the numbers dropping to half..I know some of you contacted me but some people didn't even bother, end of the day I'm the one that has to face up to Rosy and tell them the numbers (I know we acted as some sort of refugee for people from other forums too but still..)

Really the only sure fire way to confirm interest is to hand over a deposit. Let us know how & when you want it sent/given.

It's understandable that people have lives/commitments outside of UKMOC & Ducati, perhaps there should've been a 'maybe' option. It's a shame the original list of attendees wasn't greater. Members won't know what they're missing... I'll be pleased when the booking is confirmed for the types of room wanted. Just need to wait on Ducati then to make the event tickets available :spin:

If it's half as good as WDW2010, then it'll be awesome & hopefully it'll be better :yoparty: It's one of those life experiences, where the journey can be as good as the destination... and then there's the return journey to plan...

All booking confirmed with prices as follows: Gallarate €31 each regardless of beds. 4xtriple,1xdouble and 1xsingle. Misano booked for €37 for a double, € 29.50 for 4 beds with 5 double, 2 singles and 1 quadruple booked. Not sorted out who is staying with who in Gallarate as we may have to be a bit flexible on that.
