I might pop over in the car if I have time for a coffee, and I'll bring some mugs if anyone wants to buy some.

Hey All,

Being relatively new, I missed the: 'A nice place for new members to say hello' section, and headed straight to Reginal events... But not being so far out from the Big Smoke thought I'd check out the London events, and noticed this thread.

Is there a 'naughty corner' at FatBoy's? Is it an open invitation to all UKMOC members?

Could be up for exploring inside the M25... The menu is quite tempting

There's plenty of space for everyone, we might be able to convince you to get a Monster !

Well, that opens up a different opportunity for Saturday then...

You may be right J.P., but although I might not need much convincing that I'd suit a Monster, there is a flipside to your comment - you might realise what you're missing out on when you see the 'Fighter up close & personal...

One can like the look, but not the pain on the wrists. :)
I'll stick with my superbike Multi 1200 and wave at you as I go past.

You must have a different wrist action to me then... :chuckle:

Biggest pain is too long in between rides... Although this w/e's weather may make top 10 come Saturday... :worried:

Hey it'll be what it is - beats being a desk jockey!

Judging by your avatar... Headstock bearings? Fork seals?

Nice wheelie, Sir

...plus a motor that's been starved of oil, luckily I think Blu's moved on to a 749 since

I'll bring shirts for anyone who ordered and has replied on this thread.

I'm finally picking my 796 up this saturday from the dealers after a months wait. So not sure if I'll make it in time. How long do you guys hang around for?

I love that avatar, it makes people think i pull wheelies all the time. Yeah i'm on the 749 now, second engine though.

And theres not much Oil in that either as its on my garage floor:eyepopping::biggrin:

Is it still lingering?

I'm willing to match that quantity in free neck oil though, so alls well that ends well?

I have two hopes - firstly I hope i get my bike back from its service tomorrow morning and secondly I hope it's not peeing down with rain as it would be good to catch up and have a natterburger.

We're normally there for about an hour/hour and a half. :)

a big thank you to Slob, it would seem he does have a direct line to Mother Nature, not a drop of rain all day!

Hey All,

Cheers for the welcome on Saturday - was good to meet a few of you & have a good chat. Will only hope I can remember the names/avatars/handles... I guess the suspension upgrade was money well spent...

Although a few drops of rain on departure, managed to get practically all the way home without any additional, and even then the wind took care of most of them - bonus!

Look forward to seeing you again at the next social.
