..and this is the result: inspired by the NCR Millona is plugged out of the NCR original part (don't ask how much, I still weak..)

I'm quite proud of how it turned out. Oh and no, you can't just get the original NCR as they're exhaust routing is miles off, as obviously they run a huge titanium pipe and they don't have a sidestand..

So, here it is..

here is the split mould for it:

It tips the scale as a rather low 600g, with brackets and few coats of primer and paint, which considering I'm not going for too thin as I want it to have some strength.

Next we shall play with carbon:)..
I now only need someone with a new shaped one to let me play a bit

Thanks, the new shaped one should be an easier job, as it only needs the cut out for the front cylinder pipe and will have a solid bottom.

Max, Are you sure the front header clears enough to stop it burning the pan?

Tell you what GT you're one eagle eyed member.since the pic were taken the pan has been off and modified for that very reason. Didn't fancy turn into
a fireball down the motorway :)plus, it saves another 10 grams..

I remember you mentioned about doing this when we were in Essex in the summer, looks really good, hope you can get to work on one of the new ones, will be really interested in seeing how it looks, not seen any really decent belly pans for the new shape yet.

I will worry if you turn up wearing an action man wig and beard on Saturday.

Just try and remind me not to throw you out of my window wearing a hanky as a parachute, thats you not me.
