If my bike gets fixed, I wouldn't mind doing this on August 6:

http://www.lyddenhill.co.uk/

A few of us went a few years back and had a great time.

It's small (easy to learn), cheap (£20 pers 15 session or £99 for the day), on a weekend (no holiday time needed) and ideal for London / Kenties / Suverners (no overnight stay or early morning travel).

Not sure about availability but wondered if anybody else was interested in going?

I should be free that weekend, will check at work this week.
(a few of us did it last year too)

Not doing anymore this year, other than Oulton Park on July 27th, until I'm lighter and better.

until I'm lighter and better.

You don't need to lose weight, just balance it out with more power...

anyone booked on this then? I'm thinking about booking it if there are a few people going?

Tempting now that Saturday is free for me. A couple of sessions in the afternoon is more likely than a full day though, have a very late finish at work on Friday so not likely to want a 6am start!

I'm double booked on a family day but I think there's another September Saturday which I'll be up for (in theory).

Sorry but this is toooo close to my holiday so I don't want to tempt fate.
If anyone does book I will pop down and say HI as its only 20mins from my house.

that's the one. It was his 1st track day so started in Novice… but 170bhp or whatever it is soon became a bit too much on the straights :)

Was glad to get rid of him to the inters to be honest ;)

Aye that'll be Hondas pub figure, so it is! I'm guessing he's hooked on TDs now? Good lad :D
