Not quite finished, i need to raise the light about 25mm and fix up the number plate bracket but it's looking good!
I've got the LED brake light / indicator combo wired in in such a way so that i can unplug the indicator mode and plug the standard ones straight back in for the MOT. I can't wait to have it done!!

very nice well done
I prefere them with (hope you're ready for getting a very wet neck next time you ride in the rain), but nice job sir
You should also paint the bare metal left behind to stop rust taking hold then stick some bar end plugs or similar into the end of the tubes
and don't forget some sort of red reflector is an MOT requirement.

Good job  I wondered how it had made such a big improvement (it looks a lot better than mine!) - then realised the number plate was still missing :D Got me thinking, I'm assuming it's not particularly legal to have it attached to the back of your jacket instead?...

No, it's not exactly legal. Im making the bracket at the moment
Nice shock :look:
It's hideous... the standard spring will be going back on soon!

Make sure you angle the numberplate bracket up at about 45 degrees
Otherwise the rear tyre may catch it on full bounce (mine did) and rip it off

You're just giving me ideas, I used to have my L-plate attached to a backpack to keep the bike looking nice - I was never stopped, but the MOT people weren't sure what to think of it :) To be honest I think that spring looks really good with the black bike!

Purple springs generally means hyper pro

If its one of theirs why would you want to put the original back in? Why not get the spring painted?

You may want to cut the exhausts down now. They almost look too long :biggrin:

Well the exhaust are what is known in the 'trade' as pre sold, so there'll be no tomfoolery with them. Im also quite the fan of wheel barrows...
Racer: The day after i did it it decided to pour down half way to work, I didnt notice as i was in waterproof gear anyways but my rucksack did! And the rear light gets a bit foggy inside... It's a sign that she should only see nice weather me thinks.
