Hi
At a skills day recently the clutch started to drag due to the low speed work, is this normal for clutches on the early M900's and are there any cures or is it something you have to get use to, otherwise no problem with it with normal lunacy......Ady

possible moisture (and hence gas once heated enough through lots of clutch action) in the clutch fluid

when was the fluid last changed ?

Could also just want the plates stripping and cleaning.

Air clutches are easy to service.
Take the cover off, undo the six bolts and pull the plates making a note of the order - there's a dished one in there.
Mind the dust - its nasty.
Give them all a scrub in hot soapy water.
Replace, job done - mind the clutch spring bolts, they snap the posts off easily. Just nip them up
The drag is probably worn basket grooves and hooked plate tangs, dress them up with a file. It'll make the clutch a little noisier but some people like that.
