Got up nice and early this morning to take the bike out for a blast. 150miles, quiet + dry A and b roads around south and mid Wales. I was home by 11. Just wondering why i don't do this more often? :on:

because it,s not always dry is it. I once got lost in Wales ( easy done) and ended up in the Snowdonia national park, came round this corner at the bottom of a hill and there is was, stretching out as far as the eye could see, the most beautiful road I have ever been on. It was late evening and quite cold, no one about much, what a ride , at the end of which I was still lost, but happy.

I was out on mine at 5am, did 90 miles and didn't kill a single bug! No need for a wash, great news.

Well it's supposed to be chucking it down here tonight and tomorow. I don't really mind as it's going to be a woods day on the trial bike

Dirty bike, clean botty! (Sounds a bit young ones)

Id feel a bit bad waking my neighbours firing up the monster, well only for 5 seconds...

Don't really care to much about the neighbours. But the other half has a bit of a whinge :spin:

Haha yes! I must admit if I fired up my bike now, there would be trouble as he's just dropped off after coming in from a 12 hour shift, so ill take his argh won (r1) out instead and pretend those properly scrubbed tyres are all my work, a likely story!!
