I'm trading in my 06 S2R for a new 1100 EVO, so I've been putting it back to standard spec.
Open to offers for the following before I put them on ebay;
1. Full Ducati de-cat pipes kit, superbly made, in A1 condition, and quite easy to fit. Has
fitting socket for the sensor thingy so no fueling mods needed.
2. Ducati sport mirrors, slim, black and on my Monster they do still let you see what's
behind you. In original packaging with instructions if you need them. Good quality.

Sorry but I have no idea what the de-cat pipes kit would cost, can you give me a rough idea what you want for it? or am I too late?

Alan / David I think this decat is for a s2r 1000 not 800

Worth double checking

I believe all the cats are the same. Give Al @ proteam a quick ring mate

I am pretty sure the decat pipes from the 1000 don't fit the 800 - I can't remember why though.

s2r 800 2005-2006 and s2r 1000 2005-2008 are very different

Quat d make a decat pipe that has fittings for both, but the dp ones are quite diff

not 100% sure about s2r800 2007 though as these have a differnet front pipe arrangement from the 2005-2006 models so maybe a call to pro team not a bad idea

Because the 800 decat pipes use the OE headers, the 1000 doesn't have separate pipes like this and possibly the later 800's were the same.

spoke to Alex, he is not sure either, had a look online and there are different de-cates but none say compatable for 800 and 1000 :banghead:

Just ask for the diameter. It should be the same length surely. S4 pipes fitted the 620and others.

s2r 800 2005-2006 has a short link pipes that drops from the heads into the cat/decat

s2r1000 and s2r800 2007 have a 1 piece cat/decat pipe that bolts direct into the head

not sure if these are the same length on the lower head front pipe. would assume not as the cat has a different part code for s2r800 2007 and s2r1000 all years

also kuba has a s2r1000 exbox on his 2005 s2r800 and the front pipe needed to be modified to fit as the 1000DS is a slightly larger engine that the 800 and therefore im pretty sure the lower head is further forward and the manifold outlet at a slightly different angle

Albie - I don't think it is as simple as that - I have a feeling they are different lengths/angles etc.

For what its worth I would buy it and see. If not it would sell as they dont seem to be available often and it would also give an answer to the question.

i was looking for a de-cat for my 800 and was rather peeved when i spotted that one on Flea bay ....just b4 it went to £127 +£15 post....... i had just acquired a Genuine Ducati NOS at £200 .. the one on Fbay only needs to go up a touch more and i reckon i'll have had a bargain : )

Bas**rd to fit mind !!! that header nut on the rear is a bugger to get at.

Just checking prices and looking in my Monster file, I can see I paid £253 to Woods for this kit back in 07. Current list price is £462 would you believe. I am thinking about £125 plus postage for this one. The long pipe has got a road scrape on it, which was a surprise to me as I had never been aware that it had ever touched down.

Having just swapped my system, I have to agree about that header nut on the rear cylinder. With 2 slim socket extensions I just managed to get enough of the socket onto the nut to turn it. Take the accessible nut off first of course.

I've just remembered I've also got a pair of S2R silencers here. I bought them with the intention of doing a coring job but never got round to it. Life's too short. I paid £60.
