Cleaning the Engine

Has anyone any ideas how too clean the engine between the cooling fins?

You can purchase sets of "bottle brushes" from most hardware stores, varying sizes, these and a good cleaner washed off with a pump up garden spray (low pressure) works for me.

I use a plastic washing-up brush with nylon bristles and a longish handle. You can get them in a variety of shapes & sizes for next-to-nothing.
