As suggested by Desmo we're having a breakfast at a new venue the Brasserie Gerard (http://www.brasseriegerard.co.uk/location/marlborough) this Sunday at 11am. Pop you're names down here and if enough I'll see if I can get some reserved parking although I suspect we'd need to be their earlier, but I'll ask.

It was only a very short shower.
Roz got on fine ta, she did the 10k in 1hr 4mins.
My daughter did it in 59 mins.

Did have a wee bit of excitement on the way back with a green Corsa / Micra (or whatever) - 4 girls inside too busy with their gossip to stay in lane on A34 / M3 roundabout resulting in me nearly being sideswipped into a 3 Series Beemer...... I can see how they missed me though - orange bike, red helmet, red leathers and headlight on....... silly me, must be more careful. :twak:

A great venue and very welcoming and helpful staff for anyone else thinking of going. Hopefully next time, certain people will just be able to eat their chocolate treat without 'dipping' it in their coffee.............

Sorry I missed you lot - the Monster is sulking in the garage with a flat front tyre and I'm trying to get myself some paddock stands or similar so I can get the wheel out safely...
