Sharon, I am sorry you are leaving the Monster fold but very glad things seem to be looking up for you.

Does Bex not have a 796? I do not think to exhausts will fit on an EVO - it had a side mounted system.

Yes Bex does have a 796 but a very nice Stuart made the mods cos it.was originally for an 1100 just another idea instead of Termis

Red or Black hmmm choices, choices

When I first saw the evo I thought it looked better in red with the white strip. But I think black would look cool with the dark Termi's too

Mand I sold the first Hypermotard to Squiffything about a year after i bought it, but soon after that I bought another one, which is now 3 years old. Which means it is probably 3 and a half or 4 years since I have seen you ( Derbyshire?)

It was september 2007, what a lovely weekend. I did think you'd sold your hyper to squiffything, but I edited my post as i wasn't sure.

Lots as happened since then, thats old age for you.

I've just gone the other way - sold my M1100 and picked up the 1100 Hyper yesterday.
I have a set of DP luggage if you're interested (tank + tailbag).

Ooh - very nice Gary!
Another idea for my wish list - black forks and a slim megaphone exhaust ( not sure about the orange colour though ;))

Saint - I do have another bike until June, but it is a H*nda and will be going as soon as the Monster arrives.

I'm liking the Orange, to be honest that's the first of the new lot of monsters i think is okay.

Im just an old fashioned girl at heart I suppose.

You have to move with the times Mand - you can't live your life in an old yellow bubble!.

I was not sure about the 1100 when I first saw them, but having seem photos of Albies, bike which I love, and a few others like the orange one above, I have grown to like them. And they ride SOOOO much better than the old style Monsters.

My black S2R was a fantastic looking bike - but I never really got on with it when I was riding it.
This bike might never be as pretty but I will definitely enjoy the ride.

Haha!! I hear what you're saying but my old yellow will stay with me for a while, she's going to get some tlc over the next winter.

I'd be mad to get a new bike or indeed a bigger one, I rarely go over 70mph on the straight and whilst I'm enjoying the sweeping bends of cheshire and north Wales its a steady 50mph. I just love taking it all in, you know?

Anyway, anytime for fancy some time away on your new toy, let me know, stop over here and ill point you in the right direction. It would be lovely to see you again x

Next time we are off to see my sister in Glossop I will call in.

I ordered lots of shiny bits for my new Monster today - I just hope it arrives soon

Glad your getting all the bits ready for it. And thanks for loving mine too. I like comments loke that as it feels all worth the effort of doing this things.

I have to say I like 2 pipes on my biked just because I dont want to look like a jap bike.
Saying that Bex's 796 sounds and looks awesome but I want 2 of them. One above the other.

Counting the days off with you Anne :D:D

I am waiting to hear whether the bike will be here at the beginning or the end of June.
Fingers crossed it will be early :on:

Can you post another pic of your 1100S? I can't seem to find a recent one on the forum.
