Very kind offer Dave. I may well accept if that's no to presumptuous. I'll be travelling up the aftrnoon before and ride back to London after the trackday. I'm hardcore me.

And I've booked myself in the Inters. That's where I seem happiest at the moment, I like going past other people. :)

Not at all mate. That does sound pretty hardcore riding back on the same day. It's no mickey mouse track, and you certainly wouldn't be outstaying your welcome if you stopped over Wednesday night.

You'll be about right in inters. Novvies can be a frustrating group. Lots of first-timers at Oulton.

20 or so trackdays in and I'm no Novice.

They way I see it, it's very simple.
Ride on the tarmac stuff and keep between the green stuff at the edges.

I've just watched a video of a lap, there's even red and white striped stuff to tell you where the corners are. How difficult can it be ?....

Though there appear to be a particularly large number of blind crests. :(

That's one of the brilliant things about the place! The left link at the top of clay hill is just awesome, I can't wait for you to ride it mate!

As Dave states Oulton is a riders/drivers circuit I've done afew laps in the works Capri's in the late 60s early 70s and it certainly bites if not treated with respect..:woot:
I'll come and watch and help if needed, what bike are you riding Justin?

Probably the Monster given that's my track tool, but maybe the Multi, seeing at it does have ABS and Traction control and its already popped its cherry with a 9 mins 30 sec round the Nurburgring.

I'm really stretched financially at the moment with the whole house thing, if nothing mate I'll come along and snap some pics of you, if I can find the money I'll try and book on., seeing as it's down the road from me and all!

I'll check in nearer the time and see how things are financially (possibly if I have an extended contract or not?) if so may and I can get the day off. May book, or may just bimple down to say hello. :chuckle: :mand: :chuckle:

Justin, I booked in inters so I could ride with you. Seemed pointless you coming all this way for us not to chew the cud between sessions.

Rally, might bump into you there. We should be there Sunday with Pirelli.

I can vouch that the gravel traps are big and deep, after getting adventurous with my ex-wifes SV1000 and braking point
You'll love it, just think of a wider / faster Cadwell.
