Lol , geoff you have enough experience and time on your side to call me any thing you want mate. seriouly tho my riding time is seriously restricted what with work and reccurrence in both arms of carpal tunnel (fitters legacy!) so both the kids are bike daft and if I can help them and still have some thing to use my self at the end of the day Im happy. The lad is 23 and just starting out in "real" life and my lass is 28 and on crap wages as a youth worker, she had to sell her wee bike to buy a car and misses it badly.
Steve is obviously a good lad (hope yer feeling better mate !) and if the deal suits him so be it, suspect it would have been done by now had we been a bit closer.
just need to find a transporter that suits our needs and pockets.:chuckle:

Yep, totally understand mate. I would have been happy to pay a couple of hundered but even that doesnt cut it with the people Ive tried. WeeAl was hoping to get back to me with a price for people he has used but it seems to have fallen through as well.
Im going to Silverstone as part of my holidays in June and toyed with the idea of renting a van but cant see herself taking to the "travellers" life style for 10 days.
As we say in Scotland "cest la vie";)
