The Pace Radiator with one fan weighs 1.513kg
The weight saving is 0.487kg

The difference between the bare radiators is 174gms


The OEM Radiator has a face dimension of 340mm x 200mm giving an area of 680 square centimetres
The Pace Radiator has a face dimension of 270mm x 200mm giving an area of 540 square centimetres

Equating to a reduction in face area of 20%

The OEM radiator core is 25mm thick
The Pace radiator core is 30mm thick

Equating to an increase in core thickness of 20%

The OEM radiator matrix volume is 1700cc
The Pace radiator matrix volume is 1620cc

Equating to a reduction in matrix volume of less than 5%

I am looking for 165kg, the last figure was 168, I calculate 6kg reduction since then so I expect 162 ish

Dry fit as it has to come off again for some detailing work, every thing fits nicely

I only just found this post of yours Cappo. Before you bike was looking like this ..... and I was going to suggest paining the radiator black.

I wanted to show you this image below, which I found on a usa forum. But they would not let me onto the forum when I had a Libyan ip address. I think having a black headlight bowl would work on your bike too.

The oil cooler is away getting powder coated black. I'm considering powder coating the mesh grill black also
