Oil leak

Hi another problem have just found with my s2r. I have oil coming out of the top oil cooler pipe, and also i saw some leaking from where the exhaust clamps nearest to the engine, from both exhausts.

Any ideas. I was wondering if this is related to my bike sounding a little flat and revving not as freely as it should.

It is, but i don't think she wants to be sold at the moment giving me problems like this.
