My 1100s is being delivered this morning....is there anything better than the imminent arrival of a new bike? Brings out the kid in all of us eh? or is it just me:chuckle:

Sat here poised with my toolkit, smaller no plate and GP Tech tail tidy.

I can't ride it until 1st March as it is on an '11' plate but I can just sit and look at it, the wife is at work so i'm tempted to 'sneak' it into the lounge:mand:

Take it easy....

Steve

The two week wait will mean you'll have plenty of time to fettle her/him for the road.
Hope all goes well with your collection .

You gonna join us for our Monster trackday in July 1st ? :)

Are you sure Char?

Stick in the living room and take a picture of her face when she walks in, good luck with the new toy.

:mand::mand::mand::mand:

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get it through the front door before my wife returned :rolleyes::chuckle:

J.P, I hope to be able to join in on the trackday, sounds like an ideal introduction to the track. I shall confirm as soon as I know whether that Friday is clear for playtime....I shall have a look at the thread now re deadlines etc. I only have mismatched 2 piece leathers which will need modifying with a full zip I assume?

Yep full zip necessary. Worry less about the deadline and more about the fun.

Last time I did Mallory myself it was after picking my brand new SR4 Testastretta up from the Dealership in Surry, riding to the track, and doing the UKMOC Trackday, all below 5,000 revvs.... :)

Got second bike that I'm not so precious with which means no more sitting on the bike like that anymore. Great fun paddling around the mini lakes nestling in the pot holed tarmac on back roads. Mounds of gravel, tractors, mud ha, I laugh at your puny attempts to throw me off. Good challenge, certainly gets the concentration going.
