749/999 brake and clutch master cylinders

Hi all,
Wondering if the original brembo brake and clutch master cylenders from the 749 or 999 would fit my 2001 carbie m750?
I can' see why they wouldn't but thought someone here might know?

They would fit but does your bike have twin front discs or single? because the 749/999 has twin discs so the ratio would be wrong for a single disc.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as the bar diameter is the same on both.

The only time you'll possibly get an issue with this sort of modification is going the other way i.e putting new MCs on a fully faired bike as the reservoir can foul on the fairings.
