How do you open Monster head light?

Well how do you do it, for example to change light bulb .... or nick two parts I need for new light?

There is a small screw at the bottom of the chrome bezel ring, slacken this off and pull the ring foward from the bottom, it is hooked at the top

My screw has undon somewhat but is still inside the rim with something on other end.

Now I can not tighten it or loosen it anymore.

I must add that from looks of it my one was on for last 18 years!!!

The screw passes through a U shaped spring clip and is retained by a square nut. Try pulling on the screw as you undo it.
