Chris is a top notch bloke very reliable, been dealing with him for a few years without a single issue, he will not however put anything but the truth on the export doc's so be prepared to get nabbed for duty.

No delivery problems at all, as Kato says top notch bloke.

I paid duty on one package but not on another, bit of a lottery but thats HMC not him

If you can get people sending you stuff to use a recognised handler (dhl, ups etc) you won't get stung as much.

I got two identical items sent from the same location in the states and both got nabbed by customs BUT royal mail charged £8 to send it to customs and DHL charged £1.30.

I hate royal mail.
