Signature problem

Sorry to start my membership of UKMOC with a problem but....... I am having problems with my signature pic. I have up loaded it (at the regulation size) and it shows in the signature box. I eventually saw the insert signature picture box and clicked on that and my pic shows in the preview box, but all I get in my signature box is .

I'd appreciate some help on this (I did do a search first and couldn't find any help for my problem there).
