99p in mine are instant heat packs
hand and foot.
These are the ones that are chemicaly activated.
Carbon ish .. Air hits them and if you give them an extra rub they heat up quickly.
same as the heat pads used for back injurys.
They are disposable and lightweight if you travel.
I have so many of the gel ones you need to boil to reactivate and never do it!
I was given some on a ride back from London to wear as inner soles.
If you get cold feet on a ride for 99p what a godsend!
They really help... About 6 hours of heat in them.
I have also kindly been given a large shiny zippo handwarmer yet to try as need lighter fuel . Again good for camping.
