Just finished strip and rebuild of Louise's M600 track bike. Like most people I had the frame, wheels and swing arm powder coated and painted the rest (with aerosols).
Particularly proud of the exhaust which I made out of one 748 stock can shortened and cored and some of the pipewoek from the rest of the system.

First picture was before the work began.

Looks fantastic. That red/black combination works really well, although photo's make it look pink? The exhaust is really neatly done too. Presume it will stay a track tool due to lack of lights etc., which is a pity - a monster that cool deserves to be on the road. I guess some basic stuff for a daytime MOT would be a PITA to fit?

Loving that!! I wish I had got up to see your bikes last year!
Its quite low isn't it you said.. Im dying to find a monster lower then mind so I can figure out how to get mine down a bit lower without grounding out .. I have to be careful.
still have not got the sledgehammer out to attack the problem step on the out of my house as knowing my luck the metal hammer would fly off and land on next doors Merc lol!!

Lovely bike !!! big thumbs up!

i see the forks have been dropped through the yokes a bit, a lot of the mx /enduro boys do that to gain instant ground contact( did it myself on my old ktm) the rule is not to go past the rings and remember it will sharpen the steering :D
