Andy and I will be up for it, but we won't be able to stay the Sunday night, as some friends of ours have rather inconveniently decided to get married on the Sunday, so we'll be heading down to High Wycombe for their do on Sunday evening.

That means that there could be a room available just for the Sunday night after we ship out.

Albie - would we have to pay the full £190 or would you be able to pro-rata it for us?

I'd like to book but no certainty I'm going yet so think the lodge will be calling. At least they have showers ;)

Capo

I'm plan to use the lodge, I'm only going to do 2 nights so its only fair to leave the mill to the people who are doing the 3 nights and to make room for the Belgians.
Should get a good rate if booked months in advance.

Obviously the priority would be to have 3 night payees as the hotel would lose money. Travel Lodge and close B&Bs are very competative but I would advise speaking to Rollo or Grumpy. As I said I only organise rooms and try to accomodate as many people as possible to maintain a high turn out giving us a great busy weekend.

Well, i would certainly like to attend but it's too near xmas to be paying out nearly £200.
I have three kids and six grandkids to sort out first, priorities you see.

If the Mill isn't full up after xmas, then i'll probably be able to find the funds.
What happened to the deposit before xmas and the rest payable in the new year?, that's how it was for the 2009 weekender.

I'll try and keep next year free, trouble is it's when school holidays are on and it's a take them out of school issue.

Enjoy all and look forward to seeing all the Photographic shinanigans.

I'd like a camping spot please, probably solo.
I don't have easy access to a printer so might take a few more days to get the form sorted, but don't want to miss out on a space.
Any chance of a temporary reserve on a small camping pitch 'til I can get it sorted ?
I could send funds now if that would help.....?

Albie

You can book to camp if you like now or later. Basically your paying for your breakfast and meals. There wont be a fight for space as plenty of room for you. If you wish to book with a deposit as a savings scheme for you its ok but if not you need to do it before end of march if possible.

Not sure why you would post up a pic of somewhere else and NOT of Arrow Mill. Technically your saying our event will be a wash out mud bath and trying to put people off. Thanks for that encouragement. We SO need that.

We have had rain but the grounds are flat and just perfect.

And YES Im p155ed off

Hi Albie,

Another one has asked me to come along. So If I'm right, Stephan is on his own so maybe you can put Robby Vaerewijck in the same room so they sharing a double room..

So I think at the moment we're already with 12... 1 more than the last three years...

I've not got a clue if I will be in the country as I need to get a new visa of work, which will complete change my rotation.
Hopefully I will be able to sort out some last minute camping for a couple of nights. Just don't want to be a burden on booking food

last year we were able to book food and pay for it as we got there for those staying in tents or elsewhere, the Mill are more than happy to add extras in

'Cos it's got a Pole in it silly

Marek Czerwinski came over to do a bit of plastering in 2008, and it turned out to be a much bigger job than he expected. There are more Poles sorting plumbing, and woodwork in rooms 213 and 218, and a Ukranian looking at the drains. The drains never really recovered since Didge stayed at Arrow mill in 2005

Too early for me to confirm still as I just got a new job and can't take any hols until my probation is over. So it will be a tent or travellodge or a day trip on the Saturday.

There is space available but please note you would be sharing. Its a question of bunking up and having a laugh in the warm or travelling else where when you want to go to bed.

The rideouts normally leave around 9.30am each morning, so best to be there for then at the latest.

Not strictly true - Last years Sunday ride-out left later than 9.30 IIRC. Until this years time table has been finalised and published there's no way to be 100% sure, and Duncan, Jo and James are due to release this info very soon hopefully.
