I picked up my new headlight and belly pan from the painters yesterday, so I though I would show you guys a few picture

I quickly fitted them to my bike this evening and took a few photo's. The bike still needs some work before I can ride it like this! Head light needs to be wired, also planning of fitting a flexible white LED's rounds the lights as side lights. As well as brackets need to be slightly modified.

The belly pan brackets need to be made up in aluminium too. All the brackets will be mounted via grommets for vibration.

So here are the pics..........................

Tidy bike Panther, those pipes really do look LOUD! I'm lovin the wheels and swingarm - did you do the conversion yourself? Is that a DP gel seat? I've got one of those & they are really comfy, looking good mate.

Yes the seat is DP gel seat, and would recommend one if you can get your hands on one. (not sure home much improvement this is for a pillion)

Yes the exhausts are loud, a little to loud TBH, epically as there are no baffles (The guy who made the exhausts forgot to make a removable pair) But it does sound lovely when I start it up, but any more than 10 mins riding you need ear plugs.

At the minute I am seeing slight clearance issues with the exhausts because the pipe that goes under the chain was not tight enough. It really need to be rebent or at least have a guide rail on top of them. This is only a problem when you give it full beam as the lower side of the chain goes slack.

Info on my exhausts is here (http://www.ukmonster.co.uk/monster/showthread.php?t=35998)

Mark yes I changed over the swingarm to an s*r. It would have been cheaper to sell my bike and buy an s2r but I liked the senna paint scheme to much

Thanks all for the nice comments. Unfortunately I'm going to have to live with looking at my bike as a desktop picture, as on Tuesday I will be out the country at work until Christmas.

................If you not sick at looking at my bike I've got a few more HERE (http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2520640&id=199706750&l=23d45e4254) on facebook.

It should be pretty easy for me to switch between headlights, (when it's done......fingers crossed it will be 100% finished by Arrow Mill ) And then I will need another monster as a new project for next year :chuckle:

Thanks dude, nice to still see you on here. I know it not biking weather, is the ninja still putting a smile on your face?

p.s I bet the ninja forums aren't as good as here :p

:ukm:

p.p.s you need to change your aviator to 'other bike'

Hehe I've only had one proper ride on the Ninja and the rest has been commuting. Still awesome but I regret loosing the thunder sound track apart from that I'm happy with the change

Ninja forum is urm...boring! lol but I managed to bag a bargain on there which was good

Very nice indeed, a break from the norm that really works well.

I'm just putting my newly painted bits back on this weekend. Standard red with full Corse stripe.

It looks different and well done .
The front light reminds me of the Star Wars battle droid faces.
Is the bike grounding out a bit then?
My normal exhaust does as my bikes so low :(
Nice cans!

Looking good, Panther.
Personally, I prefer the round headlight, but thats just me.
KTM nose does look good though.
Hopefully I'll get to see it in the flesh sometime soon.

Nar it's just the header loops under the chain, and need a bit more clearance or a motocross style tensioner. I plan the get rear header modified or new one bent up to allow for this. I just hope the guys not to busy, and I can find a weather window to ride the bike to the exhaust place in January.
(I think i will get some baffles made up to)

Hi panther, I've only just seen this. Definitely liking the bike, it's always nice to see another monster without the round headlight :mand: I was just wondering what taillight you've got fitted there? Had a couple of complaints about the visibility of my integrated one, I'm thinking it looks like a good alternative!
