Brands late November

I know, I know, cold and wet. But it's the beginning of November now and the weather is ok.

There are a few dates available during the last week of this month, including a couple of Saturdays. Personally, I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms, having not been out since Silverstone. I'll def be taking the Husaberg down, maybe babyR too. This is our last chance this year, so who's up for it?

Options are:

Thu 25 Nov, MSV
Sat 27 Nov, MSV
Sat 4 Dec, Focussed

I would almost guarantee that the track will be quiet, most people having put their toys away for the year. I'll even bring a heater.

I'm looking seriously at the 25th and the 27th. One day has to be dry. Please come!

how much do they normally cost? and what are the restrictions?

usually between £120 and £140. But for a lot of us (self-employed) it's the cost of a days wages that makes it more expensive, so Saturday TDs are very welcome.

Scrapps, be good to ride with you again!

It would be a good chance to test the bike on a quiet track. :)
Jerry the 27th is looking ok for me. are you booked yet ?

Yes, booked for the 25th and 27th. I'm betting on at least one reasonable day out of the two...

yes, you'll need leathers and a decent hat. If you've only got textiles, let me know. I might have something hanging around.

ahhh I've got leathers but it's a 2 piece :S not sure if they are funny about that?

two piece is fine as long as they zip together most of the way around. I've used mine on the track many times - it zips between 2/3rds and 3/4trs of the way around.

okies, mine only zip 20cm at the back..... is that enough or is more needed ? (i can get a larger zip put on)

fantastic! I'll book a garage if we have a few coming. Getting a towbar fitted to the audi, so I'll be self-sufficient for the first time.

I had a towbar fitted to my ikle car it can't tow much but is ok to pull the bike and trailer.
I will have to pack a flask of soup I think.
