Replacement footpegs / hangers

I never ride with a pillion and want to remove the sdandard peg hanger set up. Is there any standard Ducati hangers that fit on and give roughly the seat/peg distance? (lower would be better as I'm 6'2")

I think ST2 rider pegs may be a straight swap, but you may need to modify brake and gearchange too as both mount on original hangers. You can get adjustable rearsets like Gilles that allow different height positions, but they are expensive.
