It'll be my last one of the year.

Run out of days off but I'm tempted to see if I can take it unpaid

Not sure if they have any spaces. I sent a mail yesterday but haven't had a response yet.

So I've just got back from a day at Brands Hatch with Rapid Training.
Excellent as usual with only a handful of crashes through the day, I gave the last session a miss after the light rain became a little persistent and decided enough was enough.
Met a few faces I knew from previous days with the company and bumped into Phil996 who was there with his new BMW 1000RR, and very nice it was too. It was one of 4 there.

And I've really got the hang on this knee-down thing. Good job I had some new Knee sliders put on.

It was a great day!

Was good to bump into you again JP. (Not literally, obviously.)

I witnessed the knee down shenanigans from the best spot possible :spin: and can testify that JP was probably the most stylish rider in the group, and laid waste to pretty much everyone.

I think this is my favourite shot, not being biased or anything....

I'm sure I wasn't in front of you for long down the straight Bob...

And it was knee down at Paddock Hill, Druids, Greaham Hill bend and Clearways.

I was more impressed when you put your kneedown at Cadwell last year, without any sliders!

That is a very good point Slob.

I'm sure I wasn't in front of you for long down the straight Bob...

Strangely even the R1's and S1000's were getting in the way.... only down the straights, obviously.

I gotta learn to hang off like you.... maybe get lower bars.... or a MONSTER!

You should probably have been in the fast group. See you there next time, maybe?

Funny you should mention the Fast Group.
I went out with one of the instructors for my last session to ask him to critique my ride.
Well followed him for a couple of laps, then he followed me for the rest of the session.
Came in with a nice smile on my face and wasn't pushing it massively because his little 600 Hornet couldn't keep up with me on the straight.
Well, once we were back in the pits, the answer came,
'That was a great ride, no, excellent ride, you should be in the fast group'. :) :)

Good to catch up with you again JP. A really good day. Your pictures look pretty good. Guess I'll be watching you in the fast group next year!
