My bike is still suffering from the same problem in that it will start and idle but not rev. But after spending 5 weeks at a dealers my bike is still the same. The best the dealer could come up with was it was almost certainly an electrical fault. However he has changed the CDi the pick-ups and the coils for working items all to no avail. I have removed the loom tonight and I can see no obvious fault. Which brings me to my question, does anyone out there have a spare set of carbs that I could lease of them to prove that it isn't my carbs that are faulty, and if it is my carbs would you be willing to sell them to me? Getting desperate now as basicallly I've missed the summer!
