front wheel removal.

Could any one tell me the process of removing the front wheel from a 1999 600 monster.

Can you describe the fron axle type - is it a solid spindle or hollow tube?

The front ends changed around Y2K and spindle requires a different method of removal

Its the solid type spindle

[Blah blah]

Don't undo the allen bolts on the left hand side (when sitting on the bike) as they hold the threaded insert in the fork leg. Undo those on the right hand side then get a 14mm (I think) allen key, stick it in the end of the axle and screw it out

No wonder it would not draw out,i had taken out all the pinch bolts
