Tank Pad

Hello, putting a new tank pad on my bike. Whats the best thing to use to get all the old dry gunk off my tank when I remove the old pad? Cheers

Hiya thanks for the info managed it with T-cut and elbow crease. Attachments are the before and after shots. You have to admit I had to get rid of the old cheap and nasty carbon wanabe tank pad. Some people have no shame!
