I finally decided to chop the tail.
Decided to do it myself to save some £££. Slowly starting to collect from ebay all the stuff needed. Found this one and was wandering if it would fit s2r?

be better if you used aluminium. Dont rust and half the weight and bends easier too.

It's only beginning. There are still few more bits and pieces left to put on, but it's getting closer :) I'm happy with tail chop. Thanks to all of you who encouraged me to do so.

Was struggling to connect the cables... three fuses went off while I was doing it, so in the act of desperation I visited this small garage next to my place. Couldn't stop myself and had to take a pic. Saw a few people in the buses and on the street passing by as they were having a laugh. I suppose it's because of the contrast: monnie and the background.
