It would be very useful to know roughly how many day visitors to expect, either on Saturday or Sunday for the national ride out. It's far easier to organise if we know what sort of numbers to cater for. So if you are planning on attending as a day visitor, especially for any meals or ride outs. Please can you add your name below, and say when you plan to be at Arrow Mill

I'm sorting the National rideout for the Sunday so come and see me if you'd like to be a marker Saturday or the Sunday. (It'll be much simpler and much less chance of losing people this year)

The final details will be up on forum soon, as/when it happens i will try to post a thread for the meals for you, i will be 'selling' tickets over the weekend for non-residents.

As a follow on from the above, could anyone staying at the Travel Lodge over all or part of the weekend please either PM Albie with your proposed days, and/or start a list and post them here too:

Likewise, I will be posting a dedicated meal thread up shortly, for non-residents to give an indication of the meals required. UKSurfer will be in charge of meal-tickets, so please find him when you arrive and pre-pay/get a ticket from him with the meals you require.
