696 Rear paddock Stand

Any recommendations for a rear paddock stand for a 696?

Is it ok to lift directly on the swingarm or go for bobbins, and if so what do I need to install?

They have large rubber L shaped bung which locate against and under the swing arm.
No bobbins needed easier to work on heel nuts!
