Pomp1,

Sorry I have searched my PC and have lots of pics of my old Monster, but none with these cans fitted, sorry. They sit in the same position as the original cans but a litte higher. The cans come with the clamp bands, which mount to the footrest hangers as per the originals, and link pipes and springs. The link pipes fit the original monster header pipes, very well.

Ta. :D

Hi,

Gary / Pomp are you still interested?

problem for me is that I run rearset, therefore nowhere to hang the pipes. I was interested to see if they come up high enough to hang them somewhere at the top, but without pics I could be in for a bit too much work..

The pegs don't support the cans do they? On mine it doesn't look like they do.

Yes they will fit the standard headers, very nicely.
They mount onto the standard footpegs as per the original cans, but as mentioned the entire can sits approx an inch or two higher. Better ground clearance!

The cans are secured with the rubber lined metal clamp the same shape as the oval cans so could be slid up or down the length of the can to accomodate what ever hanger position you currently have, providing the hangers are long enough / can be lined up.

Ta, G.
