I have a pristine S4 Senna that I'm thinking of selling. It's got the high level Termi's and the origonals, lots of carbon fibre and extra bits and bobs. It's due a service and MOT so I'd obviously get that done for the right sale price or negotiate a deal.

It's done 6100 miles and has reasonable service history and all the origonal manuals, keys etc. It really is a beautiful example and I'd be sad to see it go so I'm not trying too hard!

Sure is pretty :) go for it Mr Yeatman you know you want to.

I am converted back to air/oil cooled bikes now..
Its certainly a nice monster I like the Senna's. :)

Hi Chis, Sorry for the delay.
I was quite surprised what they seem to be asking for similar bikes to be honest, more than I expected. Based on the adverts I've seen I'd have hoped to get about £3700 I guess. I genuinely am not enthusiastic about selling it!

I'd be interested what people would consider was a fair price?

I'm assuming from the stunned silence that I was being a little unrealistic!!

Its a bit over priced but it would need a service history or recent service to hit that price IMHO. Looks a nice bike but 04 s4r for £4000 is much better and better engine.

i'm with Albie on those comments, a S4R for 4000 would get my money.
Single swing arm does it for me :mand:

I dont necessarily say they are better with singleside swingarm but in value they are. A lot of peeps dont like sss and do prefer dual and older like the new evo's.Some say they dont corner but we know thats B0110x as mr fogarty tried a dual swingarm 996 :banghead: and said it was cr4p

I think the price just needs to reflect the age. i reckon more like £3500 but hey get what you can. Someone wants and someone will. I kinda gave mine away but to a nice bloke at least.:mand::mand:

All fair comments.

I'm intending to get a main dealer service asap and the history is not perfect but ok to date. I think on reflection it'd be more realistic to ask £3500.

Having said that, all the encouragement on other areas of this forum to go touring on the bike I've got has got me fired up so it might not be on the market.

take it touring, see how you get on, and then sell it, but, you might be tempted to keep it! :)

I would say your bike is definitely an Monster Challenge Bike. If it has a hole in the offside carbon cover just under the seat then it's a deffo. Sure has got a Challenge reistration number.
