Arrow Mill 2010 Final Payment

Hi guys.

Just to remind you the final payment of the balance is due end of the month. I say this as some have already sent me payment and thanks for that. It just is a good time to think about it and getting it done and being ready that its about 6 weeks away. Just enough time to get some beer money together and a tank/panel respray.


A quick note:
Cheques payable to UKMOC and not me as been asked twice already

And it should be £130 to pay if you paid £50 deposit.


Anyway thanks for all filling up the Mill this year and please do come along for the day and the Hog roast.

I take it no campers this year as I havent been notified. Please also if you are Camping or travel lodging make sure you have contacted UKMOC for meals.

I'll be posting up a dedicated thread shortly, but basically, for non-residents of the mill who want meals, we will have a prepay system from Friday night...

The price for non-resident meals is as follows:

Friday dinner: £15.00

Saturday breakfast: £8.50

Saturday gala dinner: £22.50

Sunday breakfast: £8.50

Hog Roast (Sunday pm): £15.00

Monday breakfast £8.50

A UKMOC rep (me, probably) will be there to collect your payments and issue you with a ticket/chit to say which meals you've paid for.

Please pay cash (unless you want to tap the total amount into Arrow Mill's chip&pin, that is an option I guess).

Day visitors on the Sunday (National Ride-out and Hog Roast), can pay cash when they arrive at the Mill - again, find me or one of the other organisers who will have the Hog Roast tickets... (note. tickets will be exchanged for your plate at the Hog Roast - as there may be other visitors to the Mill that afternoon).

You can ride up with me if you like. I will probably get off work a bit early and plan to ride up there at 5ish to arrive by 6.30 or so. Let me know what time you want to leave and I'm sure that will be fine if you want too. it's a good ride from our direction and I know it well so no worries of maps etc.
