Well, I'm based in Preston, the school is in Hesketh Bank and I did my test in Darwen. After the test we blasted down the motorway without our L plates :)

Great choice the 695. I loved mine, took me to France, Switzerland, Italy and Ireland and was a great bike.

Nice one WM.

I'll not be able to do the Egg run, got commitments on that day, boo hiss!
I will however be at the Rivvy Barn meet on Sunday April 18th..`cos it's the day after my B/day, i'll be in Rossendale all that weekend.

John D: is that a staffie pup on your avatar...or Karl in a fancy dress outfit?...oops, pardon!
Anyway, be good to meet up again mate.

Good on ya Jim for getting things together bud.

Well after picking it up today and taking it for an MOT, I had to ride it home... wow. It feels great. Only 4000 km from new. It does have a broken hugger though so I need a standard black one if anyone has one for sale?

I may be able to make the Rivington barn meet

Yep staffie or maybe a staffie cross, he is from Bleakholt animal sanctuary. We've had him 2 weeks, think he's about 4 and a half months old.
Hope to meet up for Rivi on 18th April

Thought it was either a staffie or a cross, nice one John.
I'm likely to be getting this one soon, a long drive up to bonny Scotland to pick it up.
See you on the 18th mate.
