I really like the look of this helmet and as my present Suomy is coming up for 5 years old I am considering a replacement. Anyone seen or worn or bought one?

I've always been a fan of AGV lids, although i'm not that keen on reps Paul, whether it be Ago, Rossi or whoever.
That helmet looks brill and is a decent price but would it be a touch cheaper if it wasn't a rep?

^+1 I've never been overkeen on replica anything (gear wise) but it does look a quality lid though.

Very Nice, but I persaonally prefer the X lite Ago Rep.

Yes, it's smart but it has an MV badge on the front!

Oh yeah!

Might go for the AGV Sheene then.

Nice looking hat. you will get more for your pennies if you avoid race rep hats.(agv lids are good i have two) twin visor are very handy !

Not into replicas either.
Personally I think something along these lines would do very nicely.

The RSR2 is very nice but a bit pricey.

TBH I'm not really in to race replicas either. To me they tend to be worn by wannabees who's desire to emulate contemporary high profile riders is far in excess of their actual riding abilities or knowledge.

That said, it's the Italian colours and design I really like and, in my defence, I did see Ago racing a number of times in the 1970's and subsequently met him at Thundersprint a couple of years ago or so. So even without the 'AGO' association I think it's an attractive lid.

The plain version is only a few quid cheaper btw.
