Jacket - where to repair?

After I went off from the bike my Dainese Neck Gore Tex jacket was a bit damaged. I went on my left shoulder, so thick tissue of textile is gone and you can see the armour. Otherwise it's in fine. I'm just slightly worried it could lost it's waterproofness. Does any one know if there's a place in London where I can fix it? Sorry if I'm reapeting the thread, but couldn't find any simmilar.

A lot of us get our leathers altered at Nine Lives in Farnborough, so might be worth your while calling them to check if they do textiles, too.
